Based in Luxembourg, our client is a global bank specialising in clearing, custody and fund administration services.

We are now looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join their IT department, with a particular focus on optimising business processes as well as contributing
to other major and impactful projects.

Your role:

• Analyse new project requests and identify data and business process
  requirements.
• Play a key role in delivering projects related to areas such as reporting, data
  management, data warehousing, business intelligence, and process
  automation.
• Collaborate with the Data Manager, ISO, and DPO to define and implement
  tailored security and privacy protocols for data, ensuring compliance with
  regulations like GDPR and banking-specific guidelines.
• Improve the clarity of the business architecture landscape through enterprise
  data modeling.
• Assist in driving cross-functional initiatives at the Bank level.

Your profile:

• Masters or Bachelors degree in Business Engineering or IT.
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience is required.
• Fluent in both written and spoken English.
• Strong communication skills are essential.
• Demonstrates excellent organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and
  prioritise effectively.
• Proactive, eager to learn, and committed to personal growth.
• A team player with the ability to coach less experienced colleagues in
  conceptual work and strategic direction, while sharing valuable knowledge.
