Senior Business Analyst – Banking & Investor Services
Based in Luxembourg, our client is a global bank specialising in clearing, custody and fund administration services.
We are now looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join their IT department, with a particular focus on optimising business processes as well as contributing
to other major and impactful projects.
Your role:
- Analyse new project requests and identify data and business process
requirements. - Play a key role in delivering projects related to areas such as reporting, data
management, data warehousing, business intelligence, and process
automation. - Collaborate with the Data Manager, ISO, and DPO to define and implement
tailored security and privacy protocols for data, ensuring compliance with
regulations like GDPR and banking-specific guidelines. - Improve the clarity of the business architecture landscape through enterprise
data modeling. - Assist in driving cross-functional initiatives at the Bank level.
Your profile:
- Masters or Bachelors degree in Business Engineering or IT.
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience is required.
- Fluent in both written and spoken English.
- Strong communication skills are essential.
- Demonstrates excellent organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and
prioritise effectively. - Proactive, eager to learn, and committed to personal growth.
- A team player with the ability to coach less experienced colleagues in
conceptual work and strategic direction, while sharing valuable knowledge.
