Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated Junior Project Manager to support senior project managers in executing and delivering key initiatives. The role will involve coordinating tasks, tracking project progress, and ensuring alignment with business objectives during this transition period. Additionally, the candidate will contribute to improving project management maturity and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist senior project managers in planning, executing, and tracking project deliverables.
• Support cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor timelines, risks, and dependencies, ensuring issues are addressed proactively.
• Contribute to the improvement of project management processes and methodologies.
• Prepare reports and updates for stakeholders, helping to drive transparency and accountability.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in project management or a related role.
• Understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid).
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience in fintech, payments, or technology sectors is a plus.
