Infrastructure & Network Team Leader
Our client, a leading international business services firm based in Luxembourg is seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure & Network Team Lead to manage and develop its core IT infrastructure and engineering team.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and support a team of four IT engineers across infrastructure projects.

Oversee network operations, on-premise hosting, internet/remote access, and storage systems.

Implement and maintain security protocols (anti-malware, phishing, spam prevention).

Ensure robust disaster recovery and data backup systems.

Produce performance reports and maintain documentation.
-
Contribute to budget planning and identify operational efficiencies.
-
Drive team development through training and knowledge sharing.
Profile

5+ years of IT experience, ideally in network or infrastructure operations.

IT certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP, VMware) are a plus.

Familiarity with ITIL processes.

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Fluent in English and French.
