Our client, a leading international business services firm based in Luxembourg is seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure & Network Team Lead to manage and develop its core IT infrastructure and engineering team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of four IT engineers across infrastructure projects.

• Oversee network operations, on-premise hosting, internet/remote access, and storage systems.

• Implement and maintain security protocols (anti-malware, phishing, spam prevention).

• Ensure robust disaster recovery and data backup systems.

• Produce performance reports and maintain documentation.

• Contribute to budget planning and identify operational efficiencies.

• Drive team development through training and knowledge sharing.

Profile

• 5+ years of IT experience, ideally in network or infrastructure operations.

• IT certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP, VMware) are a plus.

• Familiarity with ITIL processes.

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Fluent in English and French.
