Digital Workplace Specialist M365 – Luxembourg City

Our client is a well known professional corporate services firm operating it’s European operations from Luxembourg.
To pursue their digital strategy, we are now looking for a Digital Workplace Specialist to join the Luxembourg office whose role will be to manage the M365 platform and digital workplace.

The Digital Workplace Specialist will focus on the administration of the Microsoft 365 platform, including tenant management, device policies, SharePoint, and MS Power Platform solutions.

The full role responsibilities are as follows:

  • Maintain IT infrastructure, including audio-visual equipment, telephony, printing, networking, and telecommunications.
  • Continuously assess and enhance the digital experience for employees, both onsite and remote.
  • Understand user needs and translate them into effective technical solutions.
  • Champion and implement innovative technologies to improve productivity and collaboration.
  • Participate in defining and evolving the strategy for end-user technology services.
  • Work with facilities teams to create a seamless and cohesive workplace environment.
  • Collaborate with IT teams in other regions to ensure alignment and smooth technology integration across the organisation.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for IT standards, infrastructure governance and Microsoft 365 policies.
  • Create operational dashboards and reports to track and optimise Microsoft 365 services.
  • Contribute to IT projects and ensure knowledge sharing with support teams (L1/L2).
  • Build and maintain relationships with external vendors and service providers.

With at least 5 years experience in a similar role, the successful candidate should have the following skills:

  • Strong understanding of office infrastructure technologies such as networking, Wi-Fi, AV systems, IoT, and secure printing.
  • Expertise in Microsoft 365 tools, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Endpoint Manager, and security solutions like Defender.
  • Experience managing virtualised environments and desktop solutions (e.g., Microsoft AVD, Microsoft W365).
  • Familiarity with AV solutions such as Logitech systems and ClickShare.
  • Knowledge of disaster recovery and business continuity planning tools (e.g., ASR, Commvault).
  • Scripting experience (e.g., PowerShell) is essential.
  • ITIL v3 Foundation certification.

Exposure or previous experience with the following would be beneficial:

  • Familiarity with Azure Cloud technologies and secure scores.
  • Understanding of Microsoft Power Platform (e.g., Power Automate, Power BI).
  • Certifications in Microsoft and/or Cisco technologies.
  • Experience in information security management.

  • Proficiency in English; French language skills are a bonus.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.

The Digital Workplace Specialist will focus on the administration of the Microsoft 365 platform, including tenant management, device policies, SharePoint, and MS Power Platform solutions.
